Hi, I’m Jessica. I am a counselor and I offer counseling services to men, women, and people of all cultural backgrounds. In one-on-one counseling, you and I will meet to discuss what you’re struggling with and work through it together. Our sessions will be focused on meeting your personal goals and I will share my expertise to help you move toward healing and growth.

My Training and experience

• M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with specialization in Art Therapy, Antioch University Seattle
• Experience in a community clinic and a non-profit organization

My Approach

Caring. I became a counselor because I had a genuine desire to help others and make a positive difference in their lives. I love the work that I do and feel honored to be able to accompany each of them in their process of change.

Person-centered. I come to my clients with empathy and genuineness. What this means is that I will be real with them. I meet them where they are at, at a pace they feel comfortable with.

Art Therapy. The process of making art can help people express their grief and pain in a way words can’t. I always keep in mind that art therapy doesn’t work for everyone, but I like to keep a creative, flexible approach to all of work that I do.
